Rules
Box Stalls:
12x12 fully enclosed matted box stalls - $325 per month
12x12 fully enclosed matted box stalls with a 12x24 pipe corral run
- $375 per month
Montly board fees include hay 2x a day, shavings, and stalls cleaned
6 days a week.
Boarders have use of entire facility, 7 turnouts, all three arenas,
round pen, trotting/loping track, inside wash rack with hot water
heater and outside wash rack.
Trailers may be stored on-site (no fee) at owners own risk.
R.O.A.R.S. is not responsible for trailers stored on-site.
Electricity is available for trailers stored on the property for a
fee of $15.00 per month. Air conditioners may NOT be ran off
our electricity.
Services:
Blanket on: $1.00 per time
Blanket off: $1.00 per time
Turn-out: $1.00 per time
Bring-in: $1.00 per time
Horse Hotel:
We do have a Horse Hotel option for our traveling friends.
Late night arrivals can be accommodated. Horse Hotel rates are
$15.00 per day/per horse. Trailers can be left on-site.
Camping can be arranged on-site for an additional fee. All
visitors must sign a release of liability form for each visitor and
a boarding agreement for each horse.
We have an on-site caretaker that watches over our horses as well as
many boarders who are there late into the evenings. In
addition, there are two homes on the property. The main gate
is closed at night for additional security. Management is
on-site as early as 7:00 a.m. and as late as 9:00 p.m. |
