Rules
FULL CARE:
Box Stalls
Fully enclosed 12X12 matted box stalls with 2x24 pipe runs $375 per
month
Fully enclosed 12x12 matted box stall with extra large run $400 per
month
Fully enclosed 12x12 matted box stall without a run is $400 per
month (show horse stalls).
COMMUNITY PASTURES - $250 per month/per horse
We are now offering limited pasture boarding in the pastures behind
the main arena - Pasture boarders have full use of all four arenas,
the round pen, the wash rack behind Barn 2, as well as the community
Tack Room in Barn 1.
Individual and
Community Paddocks/Small Pasture: $300 per month/per
horse.
FULL CARE includes a flake of hay
2x a day, bedding, and stalls will be cleaned 6 days a week.
For horses that require more hay to maintain a healthy weight, the
hay will be fed and additional fees applied, as appropriate.
FULL CARE Boarders have use of entire facility, 7 turnouts, four
arenas, round pen, trotting/loping track, inside wash rack with hot
water heater and outside wash rack with hot water. Each barn
has a community tack room as well.
SELF CARE:
We tried it, it didn't work. We had a MAJOR problem with theft
when we offered self care boarding, including stealing right out of
my horse's feeder at night. Due to the high increase of theft
while offering self care boarding, we no longer offer it and ta-da,
the theft problem is gone as well.
Services:
Blanket on: $2.50 per time
Blanket off: $2.50 per time
Blankets on/off daily per month: $30.00
Turn-out: $2.50 per time
Bring-in: $2.50 per time
Turnout in/out daily per month: $30.00
Supplements. Prepared supplements/grain are fed to horses for
$30 per month if they are left in rodent/water tight
containers outside of each horse's stall. If we have to
prepare them, there is an additional fee charged.
We can also exercise (ride/longe)
your horse for you for an additional fee.
Horse Hotel:
We do have a Horse Hotel option for our traveling friends.
Late night arrivals can be accommodated. Trailers can be left
on-site. Camping can be arranged on-site for an additional
fee. All visitors must sign a release of liability form for
each visitor and a boarding agreement for each horse. Call for
current rates.
We have an on-site caretaker that watches over our horses as well as
many boarders who are there late into the evenings. In
addition, there are two homes on the property. The main gate
is closed at night for additional security. Management is
on-site as early as 7:00 a.m. and as late as 9:00 p.m. |
