Welcome to Royal Oaks, Arena, Ranch and Stables (R.O.A.R.S).  We are so glad you found us!  R.O.A.R.S. is a boarding facility with 34 stalls (12x12), 3 arenas and a trotting/loping track.  Half of our stalls have (optional) adjoining pipe paddocks (12x24) for the horses that appreciate the outdoors.

Our management believes that any time spent on or with a horse is good time and gladly opens our facility to horse lovers in our community with hopes that there will be more opportunities to ride or just spend quality time with horses ...  like we did "back in the day".  Check out the Arena Information page for day use rates.

R.O.A.R.S. is located on the Southern outskirts of Watsonville, California "in the country" bordering Aromas, Prunedale, and Watsonville.  We are a short distance from the beach, many state parks and equine trails.  We have one large arena and a medium size arena both available to our boarders as well as visitors that haul in.  In addition we have one small arena that is reserved for boarders only for those who wish to spend private time with their equine friends.  We also have a trotting/loping track available for riders who are serious about conditioning their horse.  In addition, we plan to add a round pen in the near future for our boarders to enjoy as well.  We have 2 wash racks, one for each barn.  Barn 1 has in inside wash rack with hot water and Barn 2 has an outside wash rack that will have hot water again soon.  Community tack rooms and trailer storage are available for our boarders at no extra charge.

The large and medium arenas are available for weekend and/or day rentals.

Stalls are available based on monthly or daily terms.   We do offer Horse Hotel accommodations, room permitting.
